PRO does not show up

Android: the Android app sells nothing and has no PRO; everything in it is free. iPhone: open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account you bought it with. Web: tap "Sign in with your email" in the PRO section of the home page, enter the email you paid with at Stripe and tap Send link; open the link we email you and PRO is on in that browser. The link works once and for 30 minutes; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder or ask for a new one. Still stuck? Email us the date of payment.

I was charged. Can I get a refund?

iPhone purchases are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Web purchases: email us within 14 days with the date of payment and we refund in full.

A checklist item is wrong or something is missing

Tap "Report a mistake" under the checklist in the app or email us. Every item below is tied to a source; if the source changed, we update the item for everyone without an app update.

How is the pre-launch map made?

Rockstar Games has not published an in-game map. Our pre-launch map is our own drawing from public map data of Florida (the US Census Bureau 2023 cartographic boundaries and Natural Earth lakes, rivers and roads, both public domain). Each of the six official places sits in the area Rockstar's own description gives it, and each pin opens that place's official screenshots. After launch, spots are added to the map as we confirm them in the game, and the map updates in place; the "Map data" date tells you how fresh it is. We do not use leaked material.
